The first step in any ERP
implementation is to define the approach and get everyone on the same
page. Unless everyone involved in an ERP project has a meeting-of-the-minds they will each

pre-planning phase is to point the ERP project in the right direction in
order to avoid confusion and wasted effort at the outset.
Before the implementation commences

Requirements Gathering and Software Evaluation
Before you start committing resources
we ensure the appropriate requirements have been gathered and that the
ERP software meets the majority of your requirements.

Quality Assurance
Next, we provide specialized ERP
Quality Assurance services. During the project planning phase we conduct an
independent review
of all your ERP project plans and strategies that
will give you a second opinion prior to committing time and money to
your ERP

Coaching and Mentoring
Then
as the
ERP
project coach
we support the Executive Sponsor on an ongoing basis and provide
oversight at regular ERP project meetings. There are two elements
to successful coaching. Doing the right things and doing things right.
This coaching program ensures that you know what to do and how to do it.
The coaching process will gently 'force' you to remain focused on the
end results in order to eliminate extraneous tasks and unnecessary
middlemen.

After that
we provide a variety of ERP training
programs to support the ERP implementation project. These encompass
everything from Training the Trainer to providing ERP application
specific end-user training.

Turnkey Implementation
Alternatively, for clients
that prefer a turnkey ERP implementation,
we manage the ERP project on a turnkey basis
with a fixed schedule, a fixed price and guaranteed quality assurance. This price includes all
ongoing operational activities as well as onetime ERP development
activities that will be outsourced to ERP consultants and subject matter
experts. All you provide, for short periods of time, are the people that
will be involved in operating and supporting these operations processes
on an ongoing basis, as well as the specific data we request from each
of them individually. With a fixed price contract, you basically
outsource the development, training and quality assurance to our
ERP consultants.
All you provide is the site-specific data, the end-users that need to be
trained in specific roles and the personnel that will independently
validate the work being performed by our ERP consultants. Our quality
assurance process guarantees a zero-defect implementation within three
months of receiving the requested data. You are never at risk during the
ERP implementation as progress payments are only made
after we hand over the contracted deliverables with
zero-defects.
